20+ years across advice, wealth management, insurance, and advisor education.

Good planning begins before the illustration, projection, or recommendation. It begins by defining what the decision needs to accomplish—and what uncertainty the client can live with.

The goal is not to remove every unknown. It is to make the important assumptions visible, understand the cost of each trade-off, and leave the client with a decision they can explain in their own words.

01

Understand

Start with the people, priorities, ownership structure, time horizon, and the real decision that needs to be made.

02

Frame

Separate essential outcomes from preferences, then identify the planning constraints that could change the answer.

03

Stress-test

Compare trade-offs across different assumptions—not only the outcome that looks strongest in a single illustration.

04

Communicate

Turn the technical analysis into a clear story that clients, families, and professional advisors can act on together.

“The numbers matter. But the quality of the decision depends on the questions asked before the numbers appear.”

Where strategy meets the real world.

These are planning conversations—not stand-alone product recommendations. Each one may involve coordination with the client’s licensed, legal, tax, and accounting professionals.

01

Family wealth & legacy

Connect today’s financial priorities with the people and purposes the wealth is ultimately meant to support.

  • Estate liquidity
  • Intergenerational transfer
  • Protection gaps
02

Business owner planning

Look beyond the business balance sheet to the personal, corporate, and family consequences of ownership decisions.

  • Succession conversations
  • Corporate liquidity
  • Estate considerations
03

Advanced case strategy

Evaluate more sophisticated planning concepts with close attention to assumptions, financing risk, and long-term flexibility.

  • Corporate-owned insurance
  • Insured financing
  • Scenario analysis
04

Advisor development

Help advisors move from product knowledge to stronger discovery, case positioning, and client conversations.

  • Case consultation
  • Pre-underwriting
  • Bilingual education

Information is everywhere. The harder part is knowing what to ask, how to frame the case, and what to say next.

01

Client conversations

Open difficult topics with language that feels natural, balanced, and focused on the client’s real decision.

02

Case framing

Organize complex facts into a planning structure before comparing products, illustrations, or carriers.

03

Risk clarity

Explain assumptions, guarantees, trade-offs, and uncertainty without losing the client in technical detail.

04

Daily practice

Use concise checklists, talking points, and discovery prompts in real meetings—not only in training sessions.
